It's been quite a while since I last posted. Here goes:
Sail You Sol has been completed for a year now. But midway through the year we formed a band; Flatland Star. Performing and rehearsing overshadowed the solo project and many of the songs from Sail Your Sol have been retooled for the band.
Since April of last year, Flatland Star has managed to carve a small piece of the local music scene for itself and become somewhat known as a pretty dynamic band.
This year proves to be a powerhouse of a year:
We have finished recording our first album. Now for mixing and mastering.
We have been invited to perform at several venues already this year.
We have a huge album release party planned for May 4 at the newly renovated 555 Gallery
